Closed Cooling Tower & Evaporative Condenser

 

a. Closed cooling tower is cooling gas or liquid industrial heat transfer equipment;
b. The cooling way is given priority to spray evaporative cooling, air cooling complementary, is mainly composed of shell, cooling coil, packing, spray system and axial flow fan and etc.
c. Evaporative condenser is gas condensed into liquid industrial heat transfer equipment;
d. The cooling way is given priority to spray evaporative cooling, air cooling complementary,and is mainly composed of shell, cooling coil, packing, spray system and axial flow fan and etc.

 The product has two grades of cooling: one is to be cooled by wind, that is to utilize wind to cool down shaped cooling pipes; another is to utilize the combination of wind cooling and water spring. Under the condition of high environment temperature, please adopt two grades cooling. Two grades cooling can spray spring water to the surface of cooling unit while the surface is cooled by wind. So shaped pipes’ heat can be brought outside together with the vapor, and the top fans can exhaust wet hot air outside to the air , meantime water in the flow can be recollected when it passes the water dehydrator. In this way two grades cooling can get its cooling efficiency. But under the condition of low environment temperature, one grade cooling method usually is adopted. The consuming quantity of spring water is only 0.1~0.2% per flow unit
